Pengaruh Kunjungan Rumah Terhadap Tingkat Kemandirian Keluarga dan Pemenhuhan Tugas Kesehatan Keluarga

Abstrak

Keluarga merupakan aspek penting dalam peningkatan kesehatan masyarakat dan pintu masuk dalam memberikan pelayanan kesehatan pada masyarakat serta berperan dalam peningkatan kesehatan masyarakat. Sementara di Kalimantan Selatan, hanya 24,2% keluarga yang tergolong sehat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menilai pengaruh kunjungan rumah oleh perawat terhadap tingkat kemandirian dan pemenuhan tugas kesehatan keluarga penderita penyakit tidak menular. Penelitian dilakukan di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Martapura 1 dan Puskesmas Martapura 2 Kabupaten Banjar. Sampel penelitian ini adalah 20 keluarga penderita penyakit tidak menular yang dipilih dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Hasil analisis penelitian dengan Wilcoxon menunjukkan bahwa kunjungan rumah berpengaruh terhadap tingkat kemandirian keluarga dan pemenuhan tugas kesehatan keluarga dengan nilai p value 0,00<0,05. Hal ini menunjukkan perlunya peningkatan pelaksanaan kunjungan rumah oleh perawat dalam meningkatkan tingkat kemandirian keluarga dan pemenuhan tugas kesehatan keluarga penderita penyakit tidak menular di Indonesia.
