Persepsi Sivitas Akademika Kampus Vokasi Kesehatan Terhadap Chatbot AI dan Minat Penggunaannya

Abstrak

Penelitian terkait chatterbot di lingkungan kampus vokasi di Indonesia belum banyak dilakukan. Sejak dikeluarkannya Chatbot GPT pada akhir tahun 2023 diikuti oleh chatterbot lainnya, penggunaan chatbot dalam keseharian sivitas akademika semakin masif dilakukan meskipun terdapat kekhawatiran akan dampak penggunaannya bila dilakukan tanpa aturan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui persepsi sivitas akademika terkait Chatbot AI dan minat penggunaannya, serta hubungan antara persepsi dan minat terhadap penggunaan Chatbot AI. Adapun sivitas akademika yang terlibat adalah Dosen, mahasiswa, Staf/Tendik/PLP dan Pustakawan sebanyak 157 orang yang berasal dari 6 kampus vokasi kesehatan yang berada di wilayah Kalimantan Selatan. Jenis penelitian ini kuantitatif menggunakan desain deskriptif korelatif dengan pendekatan cross sectional Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penilaian terhadap persepsi responden yang didominasi oleh wanita dengan kisaran usia kurang dari 20 tahun ini “Sedang dan Baik†begitupun dalam hal minat terhadap penggunaan chatbot AI. Terdapat korelasi yang bermakna diantara kedua variabel tersebut. Dengan demikian potensi penggunaan chatterbot di masa yang akan datang semakin terbuka lebar, dan diharapkan memberikan kontribusi positif bagi perkembangan calon tenaga kesehatan di masa depan. Penelitian selanjutnya dapat dilakukan untuk mengukur pengaruh dan penggunaan teknologi chatbot AI dalam pengembangan Sumberdaya Manusia pada sivitas akademika kampus vokasi kesehatan.
