Tinjauan Literatur tentang Instrumen untuk Mengukur Dukungan Ayah dalam Pemberian ASI

Pemberian Air Susu Ibu (ASI) eksklusif penting untuk pertumbuhan anak, namun cakupannya di Indonesia masih rendah. Dukungan ayah dalam proses menyusui telah diidentifikasi sebagai faktor penting yang dapat meningkatkan keberhasilan ASI eksklusif. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan instrumen yang valid untuk mengukur dukungan ini. Tinjauan sistematis dilakukan pada 3 Maret 2025, mengikuti pedoman PRISMA. Pencarian literatur dilakukan di database Pubmed dengan istilah pencarian yang berkaitan dengan dukungan ayah dan menyusui serta sesuai kriteria inklusi. Dari 211 artikel awal, 6 artikel terpilih untuk dianalisis lebih lanjut. Didapatkan instrumen yang diidentifikasi yaitu Partner Breastfeeding Influence Scale (PBIS), Breastfeeding Self-Efficacy Scale-Short Form (BSES-SF), dan Paternal Support Scale of Breastfeeding (PSSB) yang telah menunjukkan validitas dan reliabilitas yang baik dalam mengukur dukungan ayah. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa alat ukur digunakan untuk mengukur dukungan ayah dalam pemberian ASI antara lain PBIS, BSES-SF, dan PSSB yang telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya dalam konteks yang berbeda, serta menunjukkan hasil yang baik. Penulis menyimpulkan bahwa PBIS adalah instrumen yang memuat item lebih banyak dan lebih lengkap isinya.
