High Sensitivity C-Reaktive Protein (Hs-CRP) dan LED sebagai Penanda Inflamasi pada Penderita Tuberculosis (TBC)
Abstrak
Infeksi Mycobacterium tuberculosis menyebabkan peningkatan produksi sitokin IL-6 sehingga menginduksi sel hati untuk mensintesis protein fase aktif seperti CRP. Peningkatan kadar Hs-CRP dan LED sering dikaitkan dengan peradangan dan infeksi akut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara kadar Hs-CRP dan LED sebagai penanda inflamasi pada penderita TB. Pengumpulan data dilakukan secara observasional analitik dengan desain cross-sectional. Sampel diperoleh secara probability sampling dengan menggunakan simple random sampling dengan sampel yang diperoleh sebanyak 20 pasien tuberculosis. Pengukuran kadar Hs-CRP dilakukan dengan menggunakan ELISA sedangkan pengukuran kadar LED dilakukan dengan menggunakan Roller 20. Analisis data dilakukan dengan uji statistic korelasi untuk mengetahui hubungan antara kedua variabel uji. Berdasarkan data pengukuran kadar Hs-CRP dan LED yang diperoleh rerata kadar Hs-CRP yang diperoleh 3,32 mg/L dan rerata kadar LED diperoleh 54,55 mm/jam pada pasien tuberculosis. Uji Korelasi statistic menunjukan terdapat hubungan kadar Hs-CRP dengan LED pada pasien tuberculosis (p=0.042 dengan korelasi sedang dan arah korelasi positif (t=0.458). Secara keseluruhan, terdapat hubungan yang bermakna sedang dan berkorelasi positif antara kadar Hs-CRP dan LED sebagai penanda inflamasi pada pasien Tuberculosis.
